Chase made an appt. with me and contacted me to say he couldn’t make it due to another job, which was okay because that happens sometimes. Then, we rescheduled, and he did not show. He would not respond to my calls or texts. No reasons and no apology for wasting my time. Not only is it disrespectful, it’s bad customer service, and it’s bad business. I would have given zero stars if I could. I hope you won’t have the same experience I had.

We worked with Chase and he was very professional from the get go. He walked through our yard and listened to all of our wants/wishes, providing input where necessary. He was quick with our quote, making revisions per requests. Communicated well through entire project, answering questions quickly and letting us know if there were changes that needed to be made due to inventory. Our whole front and back yard were completed within one weekend. No messes left behind. I would definitely recommend and use Wendland again!

Chase and John planted four trees for me today. Love that Chase contacted Okie Dig as part of the process. Trees were delivered and planted on the day I was promised. Each tree was watered after planting and mulching. I was given a care sheet. Chase and John did a great job. I’m looking forward to watching my trees grow. Thank you !!!

The guys were very efficient & attentive to getting my tree planted properly as well as taking time to answer my questions. Their service went above and beyond & I love my tree!

We had an amazing experience. We were able to go out and look at all of the trees and pick the exact ones we wanted. Chase helped us pick the right ones for what we were trying to accomplish. We weren’t home for them being planted but left stakes where we wanted them and they came out and got them planted exactly where we wanted. They are nice and straight and healthy looking. There was a birds nest in one when we picked it out and they transported it gentle enough that the nest is still there! Prices were the best that I found for the size of tree and warranty provided. Very very happy!
